Had a relaxing stay at exceptional value. the units are functional, budget with a bottle of champagne in hand, and comfortable bed. - the location is marvelous, a short walk to Albert Park and Botanical Garden.

The room was quiet with an excellent view over the lake. The location was central, making it convenient to access downtown. Easily reached Bakini, a restaurant relatively close to the hotel, and had lunch/dinner there.

I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with TV, shower plus very comfy bed. It was decorated in the loft design.

The location was great and easy, being only 1 km away from the Woods Cafe. The breakfast was always marvellous and sensational. The staff in the bar and room service were polite and friendly.

This place is stunning! The rooms are modern and stylish. The staff is super friendly and helpful – they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The pool is heated, perfect for a relaxing swim. Plus, you can park your car right here. 🏊‍♂️

We got great value for our money at Mercure! The room was comfortable and the location was convenient with easy access to public transport. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even better.

We ordered a paper both mornings and didnt receive this. When we checked out we were asked to pay the full room rate which was already paid for prior to our arrival. Staff could not find reservation from Booked.net. We were also expected to pay for Breakfast which was also paid. Not a nice experience with your hotel and we won't stay again.

The staff at the Citigate Albert Park were fantastic, very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed here for 3 nights and greatly enjoyed my choice. Very, very nice and exceptional staff of the venue in bar and room service. The breakfast had a lot of well presented food and drinks. Central location of this business hotel was a bonus. There was an average restaurant, convenience stores and shops next door...

The staff at Mercure were incredibly accommodating and made my birthday celebration extra special by sending a bottle of champagne to our room. The little gesture really made a big difference. The room itself was clean, tidy, and had a nice big TV with volume limits to ensure a peaceful stay. The location of the hotel was also great, with good amenities nearby. I had a great stay at Mercure Melbourne Albert Park and would recommend it to others.
